Adding a Dormer to a pre existing loft conversion

I already have a loft conversion but I would like to extend the back of it out by adding a dormer in order to add more height and space as it's currently got an apex roof. How much would it cost to just straighten out one side of the roof to a flat top roof style dormer?

"Dear Sir/Madam
Adding one side to extra height and flat roof, this is mean that the half of the roof will be supported and the other half will be lifted and create new dormer also new flat roof. the costs will be only for the structure works , Roof structure and external tiling or may be tile hanging, also to include the scaffolding up to second floor.
The cost will be with out visiting approximately between 11000-14000.

"Price all depends on size , for a 6ft wide dormer would be around £5k -£7k and a full width of roof would be around £30k . These are rough prices for complete dormers , finished inside and out"

"Hi there, do you have any plans drawn up for this as it would be very difficult to price up without them"

"It's difficult to give an accurate price without any plans or measurements, however, as a ball park figure I would say around £25,000 to £40,000. It's a big range but as I mentioned, without any plans or measurements it's difficult to say."
