1.8 x 1.6m Bathroom in midterrace house

I do have a 1.8 x 1.6m shower room without a toilet and I am planning to add one.
Will it be possible to fit in and also the soil pipe/vent is at the back of the house and the shower room is in front. This is a midterrace house.
If possible, how much will it be? Just a rough estimate.
Thanks

"Yes it’s possible to add a toilet in the shower room but considering it’s a mid terrace it’s not a simple job. There’s a lot to consider to determine the best options available and without viewing the property it’s impossible to confidently say what would be the best way to d liver your needs or to suggest an estimated price as there’s a lot to consider on all scenarios . I wouldn’t recommend going for the first person who promises it’s easy or cheap to do. Get a few professionals round to inspect and have a no obligation chat and see what they suggest. If they seem knowledgeable then ask for a written quote and only make a decision when you have a few to consider. Building regs may need to be consulted also."

"Soil stack/waste pipe is critical factor when designing bathroom. If you do not have one around, you have to fit one and connect it into a manhole. These project are usually pricey as they require lot of digging, drilling through walls and when connecting into a manhole also building control should be involved."

"This could be done but it sounds like you would need to use a Saniflo to get the waste water to the other side of the house. Its difficult to estimate a cost without viewing a job first."
