The small lawn is fine but would like to add more plants and create a character reflecting a Japanese style garden in the three borders in the garden

It is a new build, and the garden doesn't need levelling up. Prepared already ( although it needs to be checked if that's fine) and lay turf, 100 SQM

Remove the old turf & install new turf to minimise maintenance for OAP. large are with a newly installed blocked pave drive.

Remove old. Level, lay new. Not sure size so 10 x 15m
