Remove old turf. Level and prepare soil to supply and lay new turfs. Area approx 9 sq metres

It is a new build, and the garden doesn't need levelling up. Prepared already ( although it needs to be checked if that's fine) and lay turf, 100 SQM

Remove the old turf & install new turf to minimise maintenance for OAP. large are with a newly installed blocked pave drive.
