need floor tiles to be changed in one of the rooms and put new ones.

Remove existing chimney wall in upstairs from each sides of two bedroom and then plastering if necessary put lintel on..

Overgrown back garden, needs trimming with materials being removed and spruced up

2 bed flat. Just some minor painting here and there on the wall, ceilings and doors.
