To verify your phone number follow these steps:
Close the popup box and request another SMS. If after several minutes you have not received a code, check your phone has signal and can receive messages. If you still have issues please contact support who will call you to verify your account manually.
It can upto a minute for us to recognise you have texted us. Make sure that the sms sent and you have signal. We can't receive whatapp or imessages. If you are having difficulties or the code is not recognised then opt for us to send you a 4 digit code instead. Just click back to the verify page to do this.
If you only have a landline telephone, click the first option, "text me a 4 digit code" and the system will recognise that you are using a landline phone number and call you instead. The voice will read out the 4 digit pin and you can then enter this to verify your account. If you are unable to verify in this way then please send us an email and we will manually verify your account.
