From time to time we run promotions to new and existing customers. Most of the time these promotions will be sent via email or sms inviting you to participate.
We also run an ongoing promotion for new trades which offers a free lead when you sign up and add a payment card.
As part of our refunds policy we may issue a free lead to replace a lead that was dud or uncontactable at our discretion.
Free leads are non refundable and additional free leads will not be issued to replace leads that were free to begin with.
Your free leads will show in the promotions section of your account. You can see free leads to be used and any other promotions you are entitled to.
To use a free lead, visit any job you wish to purchase and if you are fully verified the price will have a line through it with the words Free next to the purchase button.
To use a free lead you have to be fully verified to use the service. You can learn more about this on our verification guide.
First check you have a free lead available as they have an expiry date or you may have already used all available free leads. You can do this here.
It could be that your account is not fully verified. You will be able to tell this if you try to buy a lead as it will first prompt you to verify your account.
Note: Free leads cannot be used if you have an outstanding charge on your account.
