Paint ceiling, cornice, and woodwork in hall/vestibule. Strip, wallpaper, and paint woodwork in living room. Some wallpapering in dining room.

Paint ceilings in Bedroom and Hall, remove wallpaper and re-paper. If satisfied will also consider having lounge done.
