Fix kitchen cupboard door hinge door has dropped

Faulty shower needs replacing and sealing

Need a hob replacing in my tenants property as the ignition is gone. Need a like for like replacement.

Walls and ceiling, skarting boards, stairs, doors. Rooms to be done are 2berooms, lounge, hallway, 1 toilet, 1 bathroom, kitchen.

Paint walls and ceilings in Kitchen and GF & FF hallway and landing. All paint to be client supply.
