I need a headboard adjusting so it can fit up my stairs, apparently wood inside it can be removed to fit it upstairs and put back in once up.

Replace approximately 4sqm of rotted board and replace felt with either rubber or fibre glass the roof area is approximately 8m x 8m

Fix a leaking tap in kitchen and fix mascerator in bathroom. Must be done this side of Christmas
