Paint all rooms and hall and landing. New build so walls in excellent condition.

Replace old fuse box with new consumer unit including safety check. Plus add few plugs and sockets

Ripping down old tiling and relaying new tiles

Wooden Fascia in the rear corner of the house has rotten and needs repairing/replacing.

Collect garden waste and tree logs from place for disposal at waste.

Paint all rooms and hall and landing. New build so walls in excellent condition.
