Wood panels damaged and coming away on the left hand side. Touch up with wood strengthen and possible varnish

Need to cover artex on walls and ceiling in the living room (4.58 m X 3.80 m) and only two walls in the kitchen (wall 1 is 3 m and wall 2 is 2.40 m)....

Needing x 3 radiators replaced upstairs. Sizes are the same Radiators have been purchased already

batterys need replacing alarm is sounding saying low power

Repair cracked tile in bathroom and regrout missing areas. Have spare tile
