Krendering exterior walls 147 m2. Baze coat, top coat and mesh, corners beads

Damp inside wall not sure why . Could be pointing from outside brickwork or damp course?

Gas fire is working as well as it did last year - I’m sure it needs a service.

I have put my foot through the ceiling whilst being up in our loft. I believe it is plasterboard up there which has created a hole
