House needs patching small holes, painting at sum places cause of dirt, few minor repairs

Garage turned into a granny annex with toilet/shower room, electrics

Install new gas cooker. All pipework ready

Removal of existing wallpaper and lining paper and then to paint the bottom half of wall under rail and wallpaper the top section

leak appears to be coming from the chimney. no tiles appear to be missing. possible flashing problem

My end ridge tile has come off with the high winds. The tile is still whole I would like it replaced if possible.

One slipped slate to front of house 3 slipped to rear near chimney up and over because of conservatory all slates there
